About us
It all started with our ciabattas over 30 years ago, and from there we’ve expanded our portfolio of slow rise hearth-baked artisan breads to a whole bunch of shapes and flavors. Chabaso breads are sold frozen par-baked, to lock in flavor and bread quality, to grocers and foodservice operators throughout the Northeast and beyond. Reach out to us here.
