Highlights from the NCUEA Conference! 💡Catalyst for Educational Change (CEC) had the honor of presenting at the National Council Urban Educators Associations (NCUEA) Conference on December 5. Our session, "Collaborative Approaches to Elevating Educator Voice & Well-Being," explored how labor-management partnerships can foster responsive workplace cultures, improve student outcomes, and increase educator retention. We were proud to collaborate with Educators Thriving and our esteemed Board Member, Andrea Walker, in delivering actionable insights to educational leaders from across the nation. We also introduced our joint initiative with NEA: Learn. Lead. Transform. This cohort program equips district leadership teams with the tools to implement collaborative processes and systems for student-centered, shared decision-making. With our first cohort already underway, we’re excited to welcome new teams in 2025! If your district is ready to embrace collaborative approaches to elevate educator voices and well-being, we’d love to connect and share more about this transformative opportunity.
