An estimated 1.1 billion people worldwide will have experienced menopause by 2025. Physical and emotional symptoms can last for years and significantly disrupt daily life — but are rarely discussed at work, at home, or even at the doctor’s office. To address this, we’re proud to share that Carrot is partnering with Medical Prime (UK), a leading specialist menopause clinic in London, to help more women experiencing perimenopause and menopause access high-quality care. Our members in the UK can use their Carrot benefit with Medical Prime. In celebration of #MenopauseAwarenessMonth, Oana Gharbi, EMEA Partnership Lead at Carrot, and Dr Theodora Kalentzi, Founder of Medical Prime, had the pleasure of meeting with Chris Hayward, Head of Policy, City of London Corporation within the Guildhall. Thank you to Medical Prime and the City of London for continuing to spread awareness about menopause and its impact on women in the workplace. #menopause #menopauseawareness #employeebenefits

We’re pleased to announce the launch of Faith-Inclusive Fertility Care, a first-of-its-kind feature that enables Carrot members of different faith and religious communities to access care and treatment that considers their unique challenges, preferences, and needs. This includes personalized navigation to vetted faith-inclusive providers, telehealth access to faith-informed experts, and high-quality education with faith and spirituality considerations. Our newly released Faith and Fertility report demonstrates the need for fertility care that’s inclusive of faith and religion. We surveyed 400 people across the U.S. who’ve undergone fertility and family-building journeys and found that: ▪ 84% of respondents have a faith or spiritual background ▪ 53% of respondents who are actively involved in their faith say it specifically guides their fertility and family-building healthcare decisions ▪ 34% of respondents with a faith background say their faith impacted their choice of a healthcare provider Interested in learning more about the importance of Faith-Inclusive Fertility Care?
