Congratulations to Eric Nordwald, Division Manager, on reaching his 5-year milestone with Cantera. His leadership has been a key part of the Northwest Arkansas division’s success and growth. We’re also excited to celebrate Sergio Rodriguez, Said Hernandez, and Alfredo Idarra, who graduated from Cantera’s Green Hat Program. This program supports new team members by identifying them with green hard hats, signaling their need for extra mentoring and guidance from experienced employees as they build their skills. Graduating from the program is a significant achievement, proving they have the skills and knowledge to succeed with our organization. Today, they traded in their green hard hats for white ones—congratulations!
