Job Responsibilities • Work closely with the Technical Project Manager in the USA or offsite in China. • Architect, design, and develop solutions for automating and enhancing software testing. • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure seamless integration with testing frameworks. • Support, maintain, and enhance the diagnostic software package developed in C, C++. • Design, develop, and integrate diagnostic tests for manufacturing and customer use for HP computers (desktops, tablet PCs, consumer/commercial workstations) using the above tools. • Integrate diagnostic tools for Hewlett Packard (HP). • Understand existing solution architecture/framework and work with clients globally to develop new requirements. • Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges. • Identify valuable data sources and automate data collection processes. • Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data to discover trends and patterns.
