Since then we've contributed to the successful missions of a wide range of health & human services nonprofits in support of underserved populations nationwide. Ann’s expertise includes CXO searches for Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), United Ways, YMCAs, Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs), Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs), Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). Best of both worlds: As a boutique executive search firm, TBG offers personalized attention and the minimal overhead of a small boutique, with the end to end recruiting resources of 1200+ recruiters around the country. Our clients benefit from our retained executive search experience, coupled with our nationwide ability to offer the full spectrum of staffing solutions, including interim contract staffing, temp to perm recruitment and executive search. Focus: Because we have minimal overhead, we have the luxury of investing significantly in understanding our client’s unique culture, history and modus operandi. TBG’s business model focuses on conducting more searches for fewer clients. This gives us the ability to concentrate our resources on two or three searches at a time. It also means we have very few “off limits” restrictions (organizations from which we cannot ethically recruit).
