It’s simple: keep it smooth, keep it predictable, and, for the love of conversion rates, keep customers moving! For Rainbow shops, the influence came from using the expected checkout flow of Shopify. This improves the trust and confidence their customers had with Rainbow Shops just by having a familiar experience elsewhere on the web.
