Our Private Wealth team and BOWE (Blue Owl for Women's Empowerment) Employee Resource Group recently partnered up to host a holiday shop and learn event in support of Mercado Global - a nonprofit organization that works to transform the lives of Indigenous women in Latin America through education and entrepreneurialism. As part of our BOLT Global Holiday Giving Campaign, our Institutional Business Development team recently got together for a volunteer event to pack nutrient-rich meals to send to communities in need across the world. Last month, our Legal team participated in a BOLT (Blue Owl Leads Together) event at Rocking the Boat’s facility in the Bronx. Rocking the Boat is a nonprofit organization that leads after-school programs for middle and high school students centered on wooden boatbuilding, sailing and environmental efforts to restore the Bronx River. Participants learn technical skills that reinforce STEM concepts and make a positive impact on their local environment. Our Legal team enjoyed the afternoon trip to the Bronx to rehab equipment for the Rocking the Boat program. Thank you to everyone who participated!

We are LIVE at Barron's Advisor Women Summit, where we have gathered more than 100 top female advisors for an alternatives masterclass to kick off the event. Throughout this afternoon, attendees will take in educational presentations from the Blue Owl Private Wealth team, participate in stimulating discussion and hear valuable perspectives from female industry leaders as they share insights on how alternative investments have helped shape their impressive careers. We are looking forward to spending time with our partners and making new connections over the next three days here in Palm Beach.

This week, our Co-CEO Marc Lipschultz was honored with the Gustave L. Levy Award for leadership within the financial services community at UJA-Federation of New York’s Wall Street Dinner. This award recognizes an individual whose career exemplifies leadership and a dedication to improving the lives of communities around the world. For those who know Marc, he is a long-time supporter of UJA, and we’re proud to celebrate his impactful work over the years!

Our GP Strategic Capital team recently welcomed over 30 investors to Private Markets Outlook events in Helsinki and Copenhagen, led by Tiffany A. Johnston and Cara Griffiths. Given our Partner Managers represent an aggregated ~$2Tr+ in AUM, we believe we have unique perspectives on private markets and discussed trends in private capital raising, deal activity and opportunities on the horizon for 2025.
