Biscuit Filmworks is a Los Angeles and London-based production company founded in 2000. The company is known for cultivating some of the industry’s top talent and producing much of its most memorable work specialising in Commercials, Music Videos and Experiential Activations. Biscuit has been one of the most prolific and award-winning companies in commercial production, most recently being named as the top Production Company 2024 by Televisual, as well as first in the Peer Reviewed list and three directors being ranked in the top 5 in the Televisual Top 30 Lists of 2024. Biscuit Filmworks also ranked 3rd in Ad Age Production Company A-List 2024 and 3rd in the Palme d’Or Production Company list in 2023. was also ranked 3rd on the Palme d’Or Production Company list in 2023. Additional Cannes Lions wins included Andreas Nilsson winning the Grand Prix for his film for Apple ‘R.I.P Leon’; films helmed by Biscuit directors won a total of four golds, four silvers and four bronzes, putting Biscuit in the top 5 production companies in the world. Biscuit Filmworks also won Production Company of the year at the British Arrows 2022 and 2023, with Jeff Low and Steve Rogers topping the Best Directors lists in 2022 and 2023 respectively. In 2023 Biscuit won production company of the year at Kinsale and Creative Circle Awards, plus two DGA wins for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Commercials for Noam Murro and one win for Andreas Nilsson, and countless AICP, D&AD, Clio, British Arrows, Cannes Lions, and One Show awards for all directors on the Biscuit roster. The company is regularly included in Ad Age’s top production company list, and Noam Murro has been named in Creativity’s Top 50 list of creative professionals In 2018 Biscuit was named one of the top three production companies in the world at Cannes Lions and since 2018 has been in the top six production companies in the UK in Campaign Magazine, taking the top spot in 2022 and 2023.

Justin Kurzel’s new period crime thriller, The Order, starring Jude Law and Nicholas Hoult had its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival this year. The film, based on a true story, is directed by Justin and written by Oscar-nominated King Richard screenwriter Zach Baylin. Tye Sheridan and Jurnee Smollett co-star in the historical film about the neo-Nazi gang that terrorized the Pacific Northwest nearly four decades ago, robbing banks and armoured cars to fund their plans for a full-scale insurrection. It is set to have a cinema release later this year before streaming on Amazon.
