If you do any marketing on TikTok, then you need to take a look at the results of Metricool's study. For example, timing your posts are critical: For personal accounts, late-night and early-morning hours (1 a.m. to 5 a.m.) are prime time. Why? Many users scroll TikTok before bed or during quiet early hours, creating a golden window of opportunity. If you’re managing a professional account, the timing shifts slightly. Videos perform best on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while images and carousels thrive during mid-morning to early afternoon hours (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.). Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are peak days for professional accounts overall. How to Win on TikTok in 2025: https://lnkd.in/gdq-UT-p

Trustpilot just scored a major legal victory in the UK against websites selling fake reviews. 🏛️ The High Court ruled that TPR, SMM Service Buy, and SMM 420 were unlawfully promoting fake reviews and infringing on Trustpilot’s trademarks. This victory sends a clear message: fake reviews have no place here. 👊 Trustpilot is now pushing for these fraudulent sites to be shut down—protecting honest businesses and consumers alike. And with new laws coming in 2025, the crackdown on fake reviews is only going to get stronger. Fake Reviews Beware: Trustpilot Wins Game-Changing Court Battle https://lnkd.in/gmXH6_tW #Trustpilot #FakeReviews #LegalVictory #HonestReviews #ConsumerTrust

A well-known digital marketing agency recently discovered that someone has copied their brand and created a website offering digital marketing services under the same name. For example, if the agency is named CompanyA, a fake site was launched under a similar domain (e.g., CompanyA .SITE instead of CompanyA .com), using the agency's brand and advertising the same services. This isn’t just a nuisance; it’s damaging the agency’s reputation and causing confusion among clients and prospects. There’s a significant risk that the fake agency may even attempt to contact existing clients or poach potential leads from the legitimate agency. Unfortunately, this kind of brand spoofing isn’t uncommon among agencies. Just last week, I spoke with a small business owner who faced a similar issue: an impostor registered a domain using their brand name to sell home interior goods and furniture—without any actual vendor connection. In cases like these, customers may unknowingly make purchases, only to receive nothing in return. Once these fake sites are live, the next steps involve filing abuse reports with the hosting provider and domain registrar, as well as consulting an experienced domain attorney (preferably with intellectual property expertise). Often, this leads to filing a UDRP (Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy) complaint to take down the fraudulent domain if it closely resembles the original. Even if successful, there’s a risk the impersonator will launch a new site with a slightly different domain, leading to a “whack-a-mole” situation. To address this proactively, consider setting up a brand block on your company’s name. Services like NameBlock and Abuse Shield offer a cost-effective way to prevent others from registering domain names that include your brand or up to 500 variations of it. This isn’t meant to be an ad for NameBlock or Abuse Shield, but as someone who has seen the worst cases through running DNAccess, a stolen domain recovery service, I believe proactive measures are essential. Think of it as brand protection and consider offering it as a service to your clients to avoid these issues down the road. If you have questions, feel free to ask—I use NameBlock myself to safeguard my own agency’s name.
