On November 15, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas vacated the U.S. Department of Labor’s final rule that would have raised the minimum salary threshold for executive, administrative, and professional employees to qualify for overtime pay exemption under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
