Yesterday at the Grand Hyatt, we reached a new milestone with our first-ever Avature Strategic HR Summit in Hong Kong, hosting a full house! We brought together distinguished HR leaders from more than 15 industries, including finance, real estate and retail, for a vibrant forum where they could share feedback, discover what strategies work and identify the key challenges HR professionals aim to solve. These valuable interactions reinforced the idea that technology should empower—not dictate—the HR strategy. These were three of the highlights: 👉 Strategic Discussions: Participants exchanged views on critical topics such as internal mobility, talent retention, addressing talent shortages, the rise of the contingent workforce and strategic workforce planning. 👉 HR Technology and Case Studies: We delved into the latest HR technologies and explored real-world implementation case studies. 👉 Product Insights: The summit highlighted Avature's upcoming technology rollouts, including the launch of Avature’s AI-powered Copilot and new builder functionality that empowers user autonomy.
