Introducing Arnaud Tesson: Vice Chair of our Board Practice and our newest partner, based in Boston! As a seasoned advisor, Arnaud brings deep expertise in director succession, board recruitment, and effectiveness. Previously, Arnaud was a senior partner at Egon Zehnder, and a key member of the firm’s board advisory practice. He also led the US insurance and asset management segments within the financial services practice and conducted numerous global executive assessments. At August Leadership, Arnaud advising boards on director succession, recruitment, and board effectiveness. Arnaud began his career in M&A in Paris and London, and later as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company. He also held senior roles at Capital One, including Country Manager for France and Head of International Business Development. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business, where he was a Tuck Scholar, and bachelor’s degrees from Paris Dauphine University and Sciences Po. A passionate environmental advocate, he serves on the Board of Ambassadors of the New England Aquarium.
