We are thrilled to announce our new offshore wind proposal for New Jersey! The Attentive Energy team has been dedicated to collaborating with hundreds of stakeholders throughout New Jersey for more than 5 years. Through deep engagement and listening to diverse insights, we’re proposing a vision to drive local economic growth and combat climate change.  The proposed project, which reaches communities all 21 counties in NJ, is a forward-thinking strategy to propel New Jersey’s #offshorewind industry forward while safeguarding our environment and creating local workforce and business opportunities. This proposal builds on the momentum and success of the #AE2 project and the State’s leading commitments to offshore wind transmission and infrastructure. 🏡 Providing over 1.3 GW of clean offshore wind energy that will power 650,000 NJ homes annually 🤝 Deliver up to $110 million in community investments, focused on sustainability workforce development, labor, environmental justice, education, & more ⛓ Marshalling at the NJ wind port, as well as investing in the local supply chain 🐟 Committed to responsible development and environmental stewardship, we’re investing in leading research and conservation organizations 🌎 Backed by a committed team with years of local and global experience in offshore wind, we are prepared to bring this clean energy opportunity to New Jersey Read more: https://lnkd.in/egAmy-J2

Our #AE2 team had a fantastic time at the Lincoln School Fall Harvest in Newark last week! It was a pleasure to introduce the students to the exciting world of offshore wind energy through coloring actives and building pinwheels to demonstrate the power of wind. Thank you, Trust for Public Land and Lincoln School, for the invitation! We're excited for more opportunities to engage with young minds and highlight the importance of renewable energy for the future. 🌊💨  

Another great experience at the 2024 New Jersey State League of Municipalities Annual Conference in Atlantic City this week! This event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with stakeholders from across the state, learn about the latest trends in local government, and discuss key issues affecting our communities. Over the three days, our team participated in engaging sessions, covering various facets of local government. We were pleased to support events hosted by environmental champions Sustainable Jersey and New Jersey LCV at the conference. A big thank you to the organizers and everyone who attended for making this event so impactful. We look forward to applying the insights gained and continuing to work towards building stronger communities!

Last night, our team had the honor of celebrating Native American Heritage at New York City’s Gracie Mansion. This event provided a wonderful opportunity to connect with tribal leaders and engage in meaningful discussions about their vital role in shaping a sustainable, clean energy future. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with tribal communities. We are grateful to be part of this terrific event honoring and celebrating the indigenous communities that have shaped the nation.

#AE2 had the pleasure of attending the NEW JERSEY ENVIRONMENTAL LOBBY’s Environmental Awards in Woodbury, and it was truly inspiring. Seeing the dedication and hard work of all the awardees was a reminder of the incredible progress we’re making towards a clean energy future. A huge congratulations to everyone who was recognized, including two of #AE2’s project partners - Timi Lindsay of Anchor Leadership Solutions and #AE2 Community Advisory Board Member, as well as Tyrese Gould Jacinto, President and CEO, Native American Advancement Corporation. A big thank you to the NJ Environmental Lobby for putting together such a meaningful event. Your commitment to environmental advocacy is making New Jersey greener and healthier. 

On Veterans Day, we at Attentive Energy extend our heartfelt gratitude to the brave men and women who have served in the armed forces. Your dedication, courage, and sacrifice have protected our freedoms and shaped our nation. Thank you to the veterans who have brought their skills and experience to the growing clean energy industry, including those that make Attentive Energy successful.   

Members of #AE2 had an incredible experience at yesterday’s US Offshore Seven Seals Award Reception in Burlington! The event was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the outstanding achievements of Monica St Claire, CEO of US Offshore and recognize her dedication to bringing clean energy to New Jersey and her continued efforts to support veteran job opportunities in the offshore win supply chain. Your commitment and excellence continue to inspire us all. Thank you, Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR) for hosting this meaningful event.

We want to take a moment to thank the incredible organizations who made our unique sponsorship at the American Clean Power Association (ACP) WINDPOWER Conference this week a success!
