Biden Administration Expands Support for Underserved Small Businesses The Biden administration announced a higher SBA loan cap for Community Advantage lenders, increasing from $350,000 to $500,000 to benefit underserved small businesses, including women, veterans, and rural entrepreneurs. Additionally, the Office of Management and Budget is enhancing subcontracting opportunities, building on $86 billion in small business federal contracts awarded in 2023.
