What if AI is not here to take your job, but instead... It's a "Power Steering" evolution for business. Can you believe cars were manually turned before?
Power Steering = Calculating the optimal equation as you are doing the work. Not before. Not after. During.
Not like automation today, which would be the "How much oil do we put in the wheels?" for cars, and then testing from there and iterating.
That's how most automation works today.
You set it. You forget it. You maybe change it based on outcomes. Then you hypothesize and test it again.
What if we could optimize AS WE ARE STEERING OUR BUSINESSES? Automation that updates itself.
This is going to be the biggest unlock for partnerships teams especially.
The reason is because:
- Partner teams do not have time to monitor right-time real-time activities
- Partner teams are busy executing, not looking at data
- Sellers don't know how to sell with partners
- There is TOO MUCH data to weed through
Salespeople don't sell with holistic value, including partners, because we don't teach them to, nor do we incentivize them to.
But this is where AI enablement tools come into play. Tools like:
(enablement as a whole) Spekit 🐙
(right-time real time) Superglue
(partner-related) Fluincy
(by proxy) RevenueHero
(at a higher business level) Arkeo AI
If I'm a seller or sales leader and I am enabled by the above at the right time and in real time... I don't need to "remember" how the fact that a partner's technology being present with a buyer increases my close rate by bringing it up in the value prop...
It's surfaced, I'm told the effectiveness, I'm given resources (including personalized resources to the buyer), an AI message is generated (again, made relevant for the buyer).
All behind the scenes, allowing us to deliver more value to the end client.
No banging our heads against the wall with enablement materials or lunch and learns that never get used.
And then imagine... if you could build this FOR your partners, to be a supernode in the ecosystem...
Stay tuned. I'm getting my hands dirty on this and I'll show you what I'm building as I go.

Shoutout to Aaron Howerton for inspiring me today with his reshare from Spekit!
+ Shoutout to Sudharshan Karthik 🦸 from RevenueHero that is doing this with their tool. Simple automation doesn't cut it anymore. It's static. It needs to change as we go.
Their tool helps with lead routing in real time, based on actual performance data... not a static theory that you had that MIGHT work.

Is this 🎯 or 🙅 ? A pipe dream? Or... the future of AI just around the corner?
