Meet Lisa Helton! Lisa is the director of revenue management for ARK Hospitality. Lisa has over 20 years of hospitality experience ranging from front desk agent to area general manager to most recently, regional director of revenue strategy. Though she always knew that revenue strategy was her passion, she spent more than ten years on property learning the ins and outs of sales and operations before making the jump to revenue. She started her revenue career at TMI Hospitality and transitioned to Aimbridge when the two companies merged in 2017. In 2024, Lisa joined ARK. In addition to revenue management, Lisa is passionate about leadership and team building. With a core belief that teamwork makes the dream work, her commitment to her team’s success drives everything she does. Lisa believes that if the team succeeds, the company succeeds. When Lisa is not working, she enjoys watching her son wrestle, listening to her daughter play the trombone, hanging out with her husband of almost 20 years, or leading a group of scouts on a hiking trail.
