The Trust is excited to announce the team for the tenth Inspiring Explorers Expedition™ which will voyage to the Ross Sea, Antarctica in 2025! Over the weekend, eight very excited young people met for the first time in Christchurch for four days of team building, planning, and a deep dive into the Trust’s work in preparation for the incredible experience ahead of them. In partnership with New Zealand’s own pioneering expedition cruise company Heritage Expeditions, the Inspiring Explorers™ will walk in the footsteps of Scott and Shackleton, and experience the Antarctic landscapes that challenged and inspired them. We are excited to be taking a group of young explorers to visit the iconic expedition bases the Trust cares for to celebrate the tenth anniversary of our Inspiring Explorers™ programme. Over the next few weeks, we will introduce you to all eight of the Inspiring Explorers™ - stay tuned!
