This year, we treated over 4,000 acres by removing and mitigating invasive species that severely damage ecosystems. The Patricia Sagawa Corpsmember Relief Fund provides support to young people like our ACE members who are working on service projects across the country. The Fund is designed to offer financial support to Corpsmembers facing challenges that may prevent them from serving or completing their term of service. Come join our team at American Conservation Experience as a Division Director! 🌲 This position is ideal for someone who’s passionate about the environment, the professional development of young adults, and making an impact. 📍This exciting role is based out of the Asheville, NC area. We are looking for applicants with any combination of experience with a conservation corps, land management agency or in nonprofit or business management. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in field/conservation work (trail/habitat restoration experience a plus) and have strong administrative and project management skills. Individuals with other applicable qualifications may also be considered. Relocation support is available. 10-15% regional travel is required. This is an on-site position with occasional opportunities for local telework. Alex has a long history of giving back with over 6,000 AmeriCorps service hours!
