🥇Earning top score in the final round of Nebraska Farm Bureau's Collegiate Discussion Meet was active member Cody Maricle! The discussion contest simulates a committee meeting where competitors provide solutions to current issues in agriculture. He will compete further at the national level in March at the 2025 American Farm Bureau Federation's FUSION Conference in Denver. How do you maintain authenticity and accountability when in positions of leadership? Daniel D McKeon, AGS alumnus and state legislature representative in District 41, came to speak at a recent Monday night meeting. He focused on the foundations of leadership while holding yourself and one another accountable. It can be easy to lose sight of your own values and ideas when in a position of leadership. Dan talked about staying true to himself and his morals as he campaigned, as well as how to be a public servant to the communities each and every one us is a part of. #agsunl #alphasig #leadership #servantleadership

Thank you to all who joined in the celebration of 71 years as the Gamma Chapter with the inaugural Give to Gamma Day! 🎉 Held on November 7, it commemorated the day we initiated our charter members in 1953. On the evening of November 7, we hosted a power hour to give a donor tally for amounts received as of 8 p.m. and celebrate the progress throughout the year with an update on the Foundation Board and the Alumni Executive Board and a word from active members and alumni. Donations raised on this one day of Gamma giving support the ASPIRE Leadership Experience, which is an interactive, experiential learning experience designed for Gammas, by Gammas. Thank you to all who support the next generation of fraternity men as they come together as scholars, live as brothers, and become the leaders of tomorrow. We are beyond grateful. Gathering and giving back to the community in which we live and learn. Last Thursday, the men of Alpha Gamma Sigma joined the Farmhouse and Alpha Gamma Rho (AGR) fraternities to rake lawns between AGR and Farmhouse, with a collective dinner afterwards.
