Help Support Those Choosing To Leave Their War-Torn Countries We have been inundated with requests from those, not only to help their safe passage but also those seeking an Islamic housing solution. The most critical need after being forced to flee their homes, whether they be refugees fleeing conflict or internally displaced trafficking victims, is stability in the provision of a roof over their heads. Providing a home is a priority for us and we have partnered with Souls In Harmony & Muslimat Al Nisaa Shelter's attempts to fulfill that need. International Rescue Organization humanitarian services are sought to address the associated rescue challenges. Based on need, the long-term goal is the purchase of an apartment building in order to fulfill the/our numerous requests and house 100 refugee families from Gaza, Afghanistan, Sudan, Somalian refugees who are traumatized to the point of wanting/needing to relocate - especially the elderly. Funds donated for this cause and toward the expenses of those accepted and housed within Muslimat Al Nisaa shelter are 100% zakat eligible but also facilitates our sincere intention to rescue, receive and restore their dignity and achieve self-sufficiency, even beyond the month of Ramadan. Muslimat Al Nisaa as a shelter has over 50 documented years of service which is why this collaboration was established in 2012. They trust us and we trust them to continue to do what they are known to do and why we endorse their need for support of this current and urgent life-threatening effort. As the persecution and wars rage on, not everyone wants or can remain in Palestine or Gaza or Sudan or Somalia. For their safety International Rescue Services is obligated to protect their anonymity and maintain their confidentiality. FYI: Below are examples of such requests. I escaped in the underground from that war place where women are being raped and murdered and make it here. Now agencies here call me terrorist and place me in mental institution they say to deprogram me. I willing to sleep anywhere in the house even on kitchen floor. Just you take me don't want to be sent anywhere else. I trust only you and Allah. They say you keep us women safe.
