Yesterday, On Point Property Management Ltd in partnership with Airtifae Group , commenced the Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo in Washington, DC. We convened for an evening of networking, insights, and a celebration of investment opportunities in Ghana's real estate and tourism. Due to Ghana's robust and stable economy, access, and business-friendly environment, we were proud to partner on this event to further showcase the Ghanaian market to the Washington, DC business community. The District of Columbia has worked closely with the Embassy of Ghana and local partners over the last few years to strengthen the bilateral economic relationship between the country and our city, and we were happy to further promote Ghana to our local and international community.

Airtifae Group was proud to be apart of and play a role in the historic MOU signing between Washington Adventist University and Aspire Zone Foundation on Sunday, September 22 at the WAU Annual Gala. The MOU outlines a partnership between both organizations, includes collaboration on their welness program — as a well as other bilateral educational agreements. This partnership comes as a result of the Greater Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Trade Mission to the Middle East in October 2023, which was organized by Airtifae Group. We are proud to be apart of this historic milestone and look forward to continue working with both organizations to bring the vision to life.

The last day of our South America Trade Mission in Buenos Aires was a huge success. We spent the day at the beautiful Palacio San Martin with several meetings. We began with a briefing and meeting with several members across sectors from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Secretaria del Conocimiento, and ARGENCON. We followed this with a robust B2B session with several SMEs in Buenos Aires, kindly organized in conjunction with CESSI - Cámara de Empresas de Software y Servicios Informáticos de Argentina We ended the day with a meeting and B2B session with businesses from the ATICMA Asociación de la Tecnología del Información y Comunicación de Mar del Plata y Zona. Altogether we met with over 30 companies. Thank you to our wonderful hosts and partners for dedicating your time to ensure these meetings were a success.

Yesterday, we continued our South America trade mission to Buenos Aires. We began the day with a briefing by the US Embassy trade office, followed by a meeting and B2B session with investBA and the Cámara Argentina de Comercio y Servicios. We had the opportunity to learn about Buenos Aires and Argentina from an economic and investment perspective, top sectors, and opportunities for international businesses.

What a day! Today marked the first business day of Airtifae Group’s Trade Mission to Uruguay. We kicked off the day with a market briefing by the US Embassy in Uruguay, followed by a meeting with Uruguay XXI and then a lunch and B2B meeting with the Cámara Nacional de Comercio y Servicios del Uruguay. We ended the day by visiting the Minister of Tourism for Uruguay, Minister Eduardo Sanguinetti who is also a Skalleague. It was a pleasure to learn more about the Uruguayan business ecosystem, opportunities for international SMEs in Uruguay, and to discuss strengthening bilateral economic relations between Uruguay and Washington, DC across key sectors.

Last night I attended the monthly dinner of the Skål International Greater Washington, D.C. club hosted at Martin’s Tavern. During the event two industry members were inducted and delighted that Tom Martinelli President of SKAL INTERNATIONAL ALBANY was able to join us. #skalinternational #tourism

Airtifae Group is excited to be on the West Coast this week, organizing the DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) US Road Show led by DMCC Executive Chairman and CEO, Ahmed Bin Sulayem. Yesterday, in partnership with the Metro Denver EDC and Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, the DMCC held their "Made for Trade" event in Denver showcasing the offerings of the free zone and Dubai as an international business destination. We convened over 40 local businesses across sectors who had the opportunity to discover the benefits of the DMCC and how they can support them in their international expansion. I was happy to provide remarks on how SMEs in the US can leverage Dubai's strategic position to expand into key international markets. This was a milestone in strengthening the overall bilateral economic relationship between Denver and the UAE.
