JIPA is a forum for worldwide dialogue regarding the Indo–Pacific region, spanning from the west coasts of the Americas to the eastern shores of Africa and covering much of Asia and all of Oceania. WBY is a peer-reviewed online journal and forum focused on how to reshape the way we think about air, space, cyberspace, and the multi-domain. These editions are published quarterly in print and electronic format. * Air University Press is a proud member of the Association of University Presses.
