It's finally Election Day, and new ad spending data from AdImpact gives a glimpse at the intense and targeted push in swing states as Kamala Harris and Donald Trump delivered last-minute messaging. 🐘 Presidential campaigns invested $2.6 billion on ads from Super Tuesday through Nov. 1, with Democrats spent $1.6 billion while Republicans spent $993 million. 🐴 Campaigns have invested $1.8 billion in seven key swing states, with Pennsylvania topping the list at $264 million followed by Michigan, Georgia, North Carolina and Arizona. My latest Digiday article looks at ad spending data, the Democratic National Committee's new $200,000 spend on mobile billboard ads in battleground states, and commentary from political experts like Rob Shepardson and Brad Bauman who shared POVs about ad trends this election cycle. I'll share a link to the story in the comments, but here's a look at two of the charts from AdImpact's report: #Politics #Advertising #ElectionDay #Election2024 #2024Election
