Acuity International is proud to partner with Valkyrie Rescue to deliver critical Trauma Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) training to border guards, police, first responders, and military personnel in Ukraine. From September 15 to October 18 in Kyiv, our team, alongside the 42nd Territorial Defence Brigade, trained 71 students across four intensive courses. Participants gained essential skills in trauma medicine, evacuation procedures, and point-of-injury treatments, helping them save lives and make a lasting impact in their communities. As Tony Corbi, Acuity CEO, shared: "We understand that having the right skills can be the difference between life and death. Meet Brandon, a Biomedical Repair Technician at Acuity working on Kwajalein Atoll. Here’s what he had to say about life and work in the Marshall Islands: "Acuity is here in the Marshall Islands, operating a fully staffed hospital,  providing medical services to U.S. military personnel, contractors, dependents and their pets. " What makes this project special? • "To me, this project is unique because we’re on a remote tropical island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. We’re supporting not only active-duty military but also their families. The community is close-knit, with holiday celebrations, family activities, and an amazing Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) offering intramural leagues, game nights, and movie nights.
