New York voters flipped the ballot and passed the NY State Equal Rights Amendment! This constitutional amendment expands New York's anti-discrimination protections and protects against any government actions that would curtail access to reproductive health care. #ItsMyVote

Nevada voters approved the Right to Abortion Initiative to amend the state constitution to provide the right to an abortion. The measure needs to be approved in two consecutive elections and will come up for a vote again in 2026. #ItsMyVote

Montana voters passed the Right to Abortion Initiative establishing a constitutional right to abortion and expanding protections for pregnant people’s health and lives. #ItsMyVote
