This #PromisingPracticeThursday, we're celebrating Northern Arizona University breaking barriers in higher education with two initiatives: The Access2Excellence program and its admissions pilot program. Learn more: tinyurl.com/2p98bzbf The Access2Excellence program ensures tuition-free education for Arizona undergraduates from households earning $65,000 or less, covering nearly half the state’s population! Additionally, NAU’s new admissions pilot program guarantees admission for students meeting Arizona high school graduation requirements with a 3.0 GPA or higher, creating a clear path to college for over 50,000 additional students. These strategies are designed to address the financial and academic hurdles that have prevented students from pursuing their goals, while strengthening the economic and social fabric of Arizona.
