  • 🚨 2080HR Compliance Alert: Is Your Company Prepared for Your Employees’ Leave of Absences?    Navigating the complexities of Leave of Absence (LOA) laws has never been more challenging—especially for companies operating across multiple states. Does your company understand the difference between Job Protection vs Paid Leave and how they work together to support each employee’s Leave of Absence?   Key Compliance Risks Leave of absence regulations differ widely across states, but California has been at the forefront of enacting new laws that add layers of complexity.
