I can add one that many might find difficult: Be Them Stakeholders often come from a limited demographic. It is more effective to communicate with stakeholders utilizing an individual from the primary demographic they represent. For example: A school principal is having difficulty helping a community of mostly rural farming families understand the regulations of Title IX Policy. The principal is from a wealthy suburban area known for its liberal politics, has a doctorate, and was recently hired because of their experience in ESL. The recently hired non-certificated VP grew up in town the school is in. Who would best help the community understand Title IX? I would argue that the VP is better suited to help change local perspectives.
