I know I hate when my phone has an update and things move around. Keep sending info, set 10 minutes at every live meeting to discuss it, provide 1:1 assistance. Keep them on the path don’t ignore it And remind them this too will pass. For some of us there’s a time we didn’t even have cell phones or email!
