If one of your goals is to monetize your social media presence, don't just start by selling your products or services. Before you even think of crafting an offer, you need to understand who your target audience is and what needs they have. Provide value via your content, engage with their posts, & build genuine relationships, among other things. Build the 'KLT' factor needed in marketing to ensure conversion. Bonus Tip: Enjoy the process; the results (sales) will come. Don't look or sound desperate, ATTRACT not CHASE!

I honestly don’t believe that you have to wait to have a lot of followers to start selling! Nowadays, researches have shown that small accounts can influence and connect in an easier way than the big ones and people must use this advantage to sell. Here’s what I do on my profile to sell: I create content everyday for stories and reels. In this content, I connect with my followers talking about how I’ve faced my challenges; I share my story; I talk about how they can overcome their difficulties; and, I also post some tips, challenges and funny reposts so I can have a bigger reach and interact more.
