Fomentar el respeto hacia opiniones contrarias a las personales. Instruir, que el trabajo en equipo nos hace mas eficientes cuando los errores de cada persona los apreciamos como una oportunidad de mejora en la cual debemos superar para conseguir lo objetivos. Capacitación al grupo de trabajo sobre por que en relaciones interpersonales del ámbito laboral no se debe practicar el rechazo, discriminación, racismo y bulling y las consecuencias que resultan al practicar estas acciones de intolerancia hacia nuestro compañeros de trabajos. Todo debe estar basado en el respeto, tolerancia, respeto por la libre expresión religiosa o verbal entre otras. Tenemos que ser mar humanos.
