While there are many areas one must cover I would think will it make money to attract an Investor? If applicable off take agreements, supply chain and permitting would all be up there. I would say most important is to have enough working capital to keep the development going while you are working on it. The Tickler should be very short but easy to understand what you are doing and why the Project is important.
