That said, everyone needs to embrace the power of data. While it may have been optional in the past, now, no career can succeed without embracing data analytics at some level. Two final observations: 1) Understand what drives progress in your team and assess / measure / monitor those drivers - how can they be enhanced? Where are the challenges? 2) Use data to build momentum and develop confidence. Data is essential. So are people.
