First be on the same page as your team, format is key to be able to read the code properly, we used prettier, ESLint and have the option to format every time you save the changes, also will run a check before pushing the code. For collaboration usually used GitHub, is a powerful tool that you can customize and let your team know a change has been made and choose at least 2 code reviewers 1 usually is the team lead. It’s important to take feedback because can teach you how to improve your code.

As an additional step to ensure code quality, our team has implemented pre commit hook to messure quality parameter like Junit coverage, Sonar issues, and if any of quality parameter is breached, commit fails. This ensure that no additional sonar issue is introduced or proper unit testing is there.

Regular code review with Qa lead/module expert is must as this will help us to know the test coverage and to identify missed scenarios while automating. Also helps to learn new techniques which can be improved the code quality. Code review with functional expert is must.

Help provide compliance officers evidence that you likely don't realize they are using to show there are coding practices , multi step reviews of patches to critical systems 3. Implement a CCOE team that can manage the CI/CD process and reduce the number of systems that are involved in various phases of SDLC. Have heard good things about GitHub Copilot but it's again a tool with Pros and cons. Perform evaluation and see if it fits your needs. Automate as much of the review process but have humans involved in validation. Tools can only do so much.

The focus should be on choosing streamlined, lightweight code review tools that can boost collaboration, visibility and data driven insights throughout the review process.
