this definitely a great question and its has a unsurmountable of ways to answer it, but I think what would works best to show the team what will achieve the best result. As Chief in the navy we all have ways to complete all sort of different task but one will always win and will achieve it faster and better will less mishap pens but as long as we have an open line of communication and discuss the views points of each option we can achieve any goal. the morale part will come with the success of the team as they see how everything is falling inline with the end goal. Morale is very easy to gain when things are going great and everyone is doing their part. great attitude and just overall positive mindset will get you anywhere.
