What's important to keep in mind is that design is a very creative field and no two people necessary should have the same tastes. So it is natural to not have your design approved by a client. Once you accept this, it gets easier to receive feedback and criticism and move on without fixating on it. Try to move forward keeping the client's perspective in mind, understand their needs and where they're coming from. Sometimes you might even get a design approved that you personally don't really like, but the main focus should be to give the client what they need even if you don't completely see eye to eye. In certain circumstances where the goal of the project doesn't align with your principles, it might be better to move on to a different one.

Do all the tips as described here with politeness. Then, in an equal polite manner explain the client that your main interest is in forward dynamics and the uniqueness of your proposition. They may understand why you did what you did. As well as your drive to stand out from the rest you are silently being compared to… Your courage may inspire them to do the same.

When client feedback challenges ur design, you should stay calm, listen to them and take their criticism positively. May be I would thank them for helping me Improve and try and take more clarity about their opinions to improvise the design. And may be work over it and present it again

Well, if the client criticized my fashion & Designer concept, so i listened to them carefully, try to understand their point of views after that noticed what's my actually lagging point which they said, if YES! So I m work on that and improved my skills more then, and say thanks to them because indirectly they helped, increase me to learn more, new things about fashion & designs...
