In my opinin first of all, one should be well aware of the very special atmosphere on Twitter. Especially in todays time Twitter seems to be a space where colleagues need to be enabled to stay authentic. So one general briefing on how the company would like to position itselve shall be enought. - Point out USPs and keep your followers engaged by your very own intra-company stake holders. - Have clear and simple catch phrases Very different is the use of such leads. Colleagues need to be enabled to difere between loose contact and actual leads with ptentials for your business. But this may be a different topic.
