Some focal points: - Basic statistical concepts (conditional expectations, correlations, maximum likelihood etc.) - Common probability distributions (normal, binomial, geometric, poisson, uniform etc.) and what they mean. - Machine learning (bias-variance tradeoff, optimization, regularization, a few learning algorithms you can derive on the spot) - Code (memorise an O(n lg n) sort, do some Leetcode questions, practice ML/stats code using standard libraries like sklearn/torch). - Brain teasers (learn usual tricks for fermi questions, phrasing problems as expectations, infinite series, Markov chains etc.) - Document your preparation!
