My suggestion would be obtain a sharp mentor who could set up real time experiences in a live classroom and make sure the prospective teachers is aware of the piles and piles of paperwork, grading and other often hidden requirements that take time outside the classroom. As a former principal more teachers burn out with all the excess but necessary demands.
