Add context to your story, identify problems and solutions, how you took action, and what was the result. It's important to be genuine and be honest about your role in this story.

The STAR method is a great way to structure your response. I like to add another 'T' at the end, for Tie It In. Wrap up your response by connecting it to the position you are interviewing for. This can help your interviewer to see you in that role.
