So including multicultural views and multiple contextual views will make the implementation plans more flexible and generate more options for consideration. After main vision is arrived at, managing the various aspects of performance metrics can be done by proper planning of diversity and inclusion in different aspects of implementation - meaning how to reach the destination. It will for sure generate many innovative ideas of running the enterprise.
