The challenge or set backs when dealing with remote teams is that there is no communication and no openness. People often work in silos thereby creating an invisible wall which creates misunderstandings. I was earlier working in a diverse team where people in different parts of the world. In the initial years of the project there was a colleague of mine who had some issue or another at every step of the process. In order to seamlessly run the project I decided to step in his shoes and understand the implementation of the process from his perspective. The moment I started looking at the same things from his point of view even I saw the number of challenges right there. It’s just a matter of shifting perspectives in the long run.

É importante também manter o time consciente do registro de informações no CRM de maior utilização pela empresa, assim todos terão acesso às informações sempre que precisarem. To be quite honest, being in the same building as the rest of the team is ideal as that is where a lot of the magic happens in any business; those spontaneous sparks and interactions that "just happen". So when working remote I have always known that this was missing, Regular virtual ZOOM meetings cannot capture the essence of the "Ah Ha!" moments that metamorphosize during a random interaction in the lunch room. I found that an additional interaction piece was needed to capture those organic MAGIC moments. I began recording myself when meetings were not scheduled if I had an inspirational or insightful thought to share when they were fresh. Others could watch at their convenience and they could do the same. The magic moments captured!

Trust people to do the jobs they were hired to do no matter if it's pool side in pjs or the local coffee shop. If productivity decline feel free to coach and cancel if that fails then terminate. Master doesn't have to stand over their slaves to get mass production. People are completely over commutes and mediocre employee engagement. #Lifeworkbalance #overdailycommute

An option could be generate crucial conversation in each case to clarify each miss understanding situation with the stakeholders. It can be do in a remote way or it can be in a personal way better. With this method each one can share the perception and feeling around the situation with some conclusions and task for each one at the end of the session.
