How do you keep your customers satisfied and loyal in cloud computing?

The most important thing is to understand the business model, also the scale to grow our customer's needs, be a partner to grow together, and how they expend on new technology but also bring revenue to their business.

I had the chance to work with one of the biggest telecommunications companies in the Middle East to create the first public cloud in the region. Our main focus was to understand what our current customers needed so that we could offer them the right services in an attractive offering. This was essential to ensure that our customers could enjoy better reliability, service quality, security, flexibility, and top-notch customer support. Achieving these high standards would have been very expensive using traditional solutions.

Security as a service will be the next concept for our customers. Why? Because it's not just selling the products, its be part of the strategy, The customer feels so scared and insecure about their assets "the digital assets" as a means of the money on the table. The resiliency of the portfolios about the security and the skills on it will define the architecture. The architecture brings value and revenue.

One significant advantage of cloud services is its reliability and the security measures implemented by the service providers. However, it's important to remember that security is a collaborative effort. While cloud service providers handle a significant portion of security, it's crucial for our customers to reassess their security strategy when using cloud services. Incorporating elements like Cloud Workload Protection and Cloud Security Posture into their security plan is essential. These components should be integral to our customers' overall security strategy to ensure the safety and integrity of their data and operations in the cloud.

The performance and the quality of the proposal solutions have to be synced with the customer's teams, building confidence and trust between the two teams helps to decrease the margin of error in terms of the architecture and the automated solutions. Customer satisfaction will be built on the relation parallel to the architect of the technical solution.

In one of my cloud project, the optimization of cloud performance and quality was the main objective to gain competitive edge in the local market. We included a range of strategies such as scalable resource allocation, vigilant performance monitoring, load balancing, and efficient data management. Robust security measures remain at the core, as they not only protect against threats but also contribute to uninterrupted service quality. Regular updates, resource right-sizing, disaster recovery planning, and prudent cost optimization are integral to the pursuit of peak cloud performance. Close collaboration with cloud providers, augments these efforts with specialized tools and expertise, setting a strong foundation for the project's success.

Each tier should come with clearly defined features and limitations, allowing customers to choose the plan that best suits their needs and budget. - Pay-as-You-Go: Offer customers the freedom to scale resources up or down as needed, with costs adjusting accordingly.

Supporting customers throughout their cloud journey is essential to ensure their success and satisfaction. This support encompasses various critical elements, beginning with thorough onboarding assistance to facilitate a smooth transition into cloud services. Providing customers with the necessary training and education equips them with the knowledge and skills required to maximize the advantages of the cloud. 24x7 customer support system ready to address queries and issues promptly, while dedicated account managers offer personalized guidance and serve as a singular point of contact for customer needs. Proactive performance monitoring ensures optimal service quality, while guidance on scalability helps customers adapt to changing demands.

Support what important word, this is the core of the implementation and the customer has to be the center of the project and the project has to be on time and up level of the full solutions. The supports and the problems appear when we don't define the possible scenarios of the solution failure. Businesses and models will operate in all cases, but the support has to be the core of the customer assistant.

The comfort zone is the room where we can't stay for a long time, I mean that we need to mentor our customers to engage and develop the strategy, if we go out of this room we create momentum to advocate around the knowledge base.

We need to challenge our customers, to get the information about the technology roadmap plan. Probably they don't have it, they just probably live day by day operating the same system.
