Encourage experimentation, reward innovation & promote continuous improvement. Establish feedback loops & be adaptable. Recognize & celebrate achievements. These strategies can help create an inclusive, supportive environment that embraces & facilitates innovation.

Aussi il faut dans sa posture être accueillant à la nouveauté, ouvert et curieux aux expérimentations, voire les suggérer.
