If you are passionate then you will not feel burn out,it will be just fatigue.Pointwise recommendations are as follows 1.We should have empathy . systems and processes should be designed & implemented by process owner ,under guidance of QA team.Burnout could be result of gaps in stakeholders management, typically if process are top driven and process owner feels no value of the process. 2.Regular training -should focus on specific improvement areas . should not be generic for the sake of ticking the box .Effectiveness of the training needs to assessed and corrections should be implemented to make it relevant and deliver on expectations. 3.Motivate team members to work on small improvement, innovation,developing tools,to unlearn & focus

The biggest challenge I see people in maintaining quality standards is being up to date with changes in procedure. People tend to use easy way out of asking others for a solution which leaves them deficient in knowledge and at the same time making them dependant on others - increasing their overall time to produce. It is extremely important to understand and retain procedures and why they are put in place to ensure that they are accurately applied. This requires one time investment of time but makes the processor far more confident, accurate, efficient and self reliant.
