If you are sending 10 applications out and not getting any interviews, you need to review and change your CV or consider the jobs your applying for. If you are getting interviews, but not 2nd stage or offers, you need to review your interview technique and try to gain feedback in order to make improvements. Pro active work such as setting up job alerts and overhauling your Linkedin page to ensure maximum exposure will be key, regardless of the level. Partner with recruiter who you trust and have a recent history of recruiting the type or level role you are aiming for.

For instance, by analyzing your strengths, weaknesses, and interests, you determine what job best suits you and strategize ways to search for a job. Mi recomendación es que tengas un CV "Master" el cual puedas optimizar y actualizar para cada posición a la que vayas a aplicar.
