The most important thing while coaching is the kind of preparation - home work you have done before the coaching session on understanding the client's background and their pain points. All the key points and the questions to ask during the coaching session need to be ready in advance. You will have a structured approach which helps you navigate through such challenges like being hard pressed for time effectively. Admit it transparently and reassure the client that you will make the the most productive use of time and that whatever is left out will be immediately shared over email to fill in the gaps and you then need to respond actively post the session. Such a focused discussion helps in improving your credibility as a coach.
