One way I have helpful is planning the roll out of a new soft. Planning help an organization's awareness of what it involves and what resources will be required at any particular time. I will ensure reasonable and adequate budget availbale assign a team to manage daily routines and another dedicated to implement the roll out. My role is to ensure none of the team drops the ball through multi tasked supervision to ensure timelines are adhered, while deltas are dealt with swiftly with software providers
