I believe to balance work and personal life stress you should do the following: Set Boundaries: Define work hours and stick to them. Prioritize Self-Care: Make time for rest, relaxation, and hobbies. Communicate Effectively: Be open with clients and colleagues about your limits. Seek Support: Don't hesitate to ask for help from friends, family, or professionals. I find balance by setting clear boundaries, prioritizing self-care, and leaning on my support system. I also stay flexible, focus on what matters most, and remind myself it's okay to ask for help.

To balance work and personal life: • Set Boundaries: Define work hours and personal time. • Prioritize: Focus on what's important, not urgent. • Manage Time: Use techniques like time blocking. • Self-Care: Prioritize health and relaxation. • Say No: Protect your time. • Practice Mindfulness: Reduce stress with meditation or deep breathing. • Check-in Regularly: Adjust as needed to avoid burnout. The goal is not to completely eliminate stress (which isn't realistic) but to manage it in a way that allows you to function effectively and feel fulfilled.

Take time to reflect, breathe and for yourself. Ask yourself questions about what is making you feel this way and your intentions. Try to find peace and balance in the space you are in when you are there. Leave personal worries at the door when you enter your workplace and workplace burdens at the workplace. If we create a divide in your mind between the two we can better handle each stress in separate times that are relevant. Seek counseling and advice when necessary & if work is so stressful maybe a new position is the solution.
